Wine connoisseurs from all over the globe will be coming to Paris Las Vegas to take part in the 3rd annual Beaujolais Nouveau wine celebration. Pursuant to French rules, this five-day celebration begins the moment the Beaujolais Nouveau is released, which is always after the third Thursday in November, allowing the grapes six weeks to ferment before the wine is ready to drink. Over 65 million bottles of this specialty wine are consumed in the months following the Beaujolais Nouveau wine celebration.

In addition to wine tasting and celebrating, Paris Las Vegas will be hosting several special events to commemorate the Beaujolais Nouveau wine celebration. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant, Mon Ami Gabi and Les Artistes Steakhouse are going to offer special Beaujolais Nouveau menu items. Guests may register for the “Wine 101: Celebrate the Harvest” seminar. Paris Las Vegas also put together the Beaujolais Nouveau room package, which includes 2 tickets to the wine tasting seminar, 2 wine glasses and VIP passes to Risque nightclub.
