Montreal natives Chromeo refer to themselves as "the only successful Arab/Jew partnership since the dawn of human culture". This is a rather bold declaration that holds up quite well when you get down and take a listen to the frenzied electro-funk this duo creates. Touring on the West Coast for a very brief five dates, Chromeo is known to turn out any crowd it gets in contact with and you can expect nothing less than a sweat drenched dance party. Chromeo's rabid blend of electro and 80's inflected synth funk has earned the group a huge foothold globally since the release of last years Fancy Footwork and the band's 2004 debut, She Wants Control. To support the band's summer tour, they have expanded their stage and light show (check the video below) to great effect.
