If you've been looking for an excuse to go to the U.K, Gatecrasher Summer Sound System is it. This two-day event, complete with 20 stages, 20 live artists, and 60,000 people, has released their lineup and it will not disappoint: Justice, Chemical Brothers, Paul Van Dyk, Oakenfold, Simian Mobile Disco, and many more are slated to play. With this group of A-list DJs playing, it would certainly be worth the trip across the pond.

The event, which happens on Memorial Day Weekend (May 24 and 25), was started by Simon Raine and Simon Oates in Birmingham, England, in 1993. Initially, it was no more than a few big-name DJs playing during Memorial Day Weekend, but has turned into a music and cultural phenomenon. Since its conception, Gatecrasher has developed a cult following of "Crasherkids" who wear neon, fluorescent clothes, spiked hair, and bright makeup. Coupled with the big-name DJs that descend upon the Turweston Aerodrome in Northamptonshire, this event has turned into one of the most unique techno music events out there.

Tickets for the weekend are $220, which include camping on the premises. For more information or to buy tickets, check out the Gatecrasher website.
