If you've never heard San Francisco native Kaskade live, you have been missing out. But come this new years, as he embarks on a 3 club, 1 night tour, you'll have the best opportunity to catch this electric DJ as he rings in the new year in three different cities. Walk into any of these three New Years venues where Kaskade will be manning the tables and you are destined to find a dance floor filled with sophisticated clubbers and smiling faces.
Kaskade's music is a blend of soulful house and beats that appeal to the masses. While he is probably best known for his song “Stars Align,” he has consistently put out hits including “Steppin’ Out” and more recently “Sorry.” He has also remixed the likes of Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and The Pussycat Dolls. This year has been huge for the DJ, who has been touring constantly since "Stars Align" was released. His recent CD, "Bring the Night," on Ultra Records, remained the #1 spot on iTunes for well over a month and has remained in the Top 10 since its September release.
On New Year’s Eve, Kaskade plans on taking his golden house touch to headline at 3 world-renowned venues in 1 night. The NYE whirlwind tour is being titled the “Jet Set Marathon” with Kaskade touching down in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. The L.A performance will start at 10:00 PM at Giant Maximus and last until the stroke of midnight. In his hometown of San Francisco, Kaskade will play for Second Sunday at the Kelly's Mission Rock Café, located right in the heart San Francisco, from 2:30 AM to 4:30 AM. In Las Vegas Kaskade will take over Sin City’s biggest after-hours spot, the Empire Ballroom. It is in Vegas that Kaskade will helm the decks to close out his mini-tour of these three cities, playing till 10 a.m on January 1st 2008.

Needless to say, all these shows will be buzzing. But with Kaskade calling San Francisco home you know he’s going to be saving something special for us.
