For those who want to get an altitude rush while listening to great music, then the inaugural Mile High Music Festival is for you. The festival, which is to be held July 19-20 in Commerce City, Colorado, will feature Dave Matthews Band, Tom Petty, John Mayer, and many more in what looks to be a very similar to the Rothbury Festival's lineup.

While the festival was originally going to be held in Denver City Park, organizers moved the event to Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City due to the successful booking of big-name bands. Organizers hope to fill the soccer fields that surround the park with more than 50,000 fans, and with this lineup it is very possible that they will.

Tickets go on sale March 29 via TicketHorse.com and milehighmusicfestival.com. Two-day passes cost $150 (plus service fees), and a limited number of single-day tickets will be available for $85. Two-day VIP packages will also be available for $495.
