Arts, music, spiritualism and conscientious living meld at the third annual Symbiosis Gathering featuring four days of live and electronic music on three outdoor stages, full scale art installments, speakers, workshops, health and healing spaces, comprehensive greening initiatives and a whole lot more. The town of Angels Camp located in the Goldrush country of North Central California will host Symbiosis Gathering Sept. 20 through Sept. 24. The musical lineup nothing short of stellar and is a blending of both live and electronic acts featuring artists such as: Hallucinogen in Dub, Shpongle, Eat Static, Symbiotic Orchestra (feat. Steve Kimock, members of String Cheese Incident, Zilla, the Glitch Mob, & Special Guests), Bassnectar, Bluetech, Chris de Luca vs. Phon.o, D-Nox & Beckers, Entheogenic, Flying Lotus, Kelpe, Lotus, Mala, Ott, Pnuma (live PA) , Rinkadink, Solead, SOTEG, Spoonbill, Telefon Tel Aviv, Ticon, TranceZenDance, Triptych, Zilla, and more.

Arts and educational offerings will include guest speakers Ralph Metzner, Ph.D. co-founder of the Green Earth Foundation, spiritualist David Ulansey, and Bruce Damer, as well as a special panel discussion entitled ‘Modern Medicine Women’ addressing topics of spiritual and physical well being. Other workshops and inter-activities provide opportunities for participation in Kundalini Dance, Feng Shui and Kabbalah studies, Aboriginal Dot Painting, Sound Healing, and a variety of other activities throughout the weekend.

In keeping with the Symbiosis environmental initiatives, this event will be as low impact and as green as possible. Offering 100% Organic food vending with re-usable dishes washed onsite, recycling and composting, community education and outreach, biodiesel generators and fuel, as well as a Renewable Energy Showcase presented by the Sustainable Living Roadshow.

Angels Camp is more than just a place to have the gathering, it is also a state of being. Local merchants and townspeople have dedicated themselves to the goal of creating a kinder and gentler place to live. The event runs for 4 days and all are welcome to come and enjoy the sun, music, arts, people, vibe and all around good times.
