The décor is bold with a black leather ceiling and Swarovski crystal chandeliers. Relax in a plush leather booth and enjoy the sounds of resident DJ Mike White. Noir Bar is a favorite among celebrities due to its low-key and elegant atmosphere, and because of its exclusivity: more or less, you have to know someone to get in.
