Eva Longoria's Beso in CityCenter

The A-List place to be, and to see stars (Celebrity and Millionaire stars that is) to ring in the New Years 2010 will be at the opening party of gorgeous Eva Longoria Parker’s newest BESO (Spanish for kiss) two-story restaurant that includes an upstairs nightclub, EVE. One of the hottest and sexiest stars of television’s “Desperate Housewives,” and one of Hollywood’s most immaculately dressed knock-outs, Longoria is also a renowned restaurant entrepreneur who will be among the highest profile celebrity restaurant investors at CityCenter.

BESO is a team venture with the Latin bombshell and great-looking, Boston bred friend and celebrity famed chef, Todd English who comes to the table with the reputation for creating distinguishing cuisine. Eva and Todd hope to set the culinary world on fire with BESO’s eclectic, contemporary and unique dinner menu, like nothing now offered in Las Vegas, being a Latin-flared steakhouse combining two highly popular culinary genres. Longoria says, “We proudly offer naturally raised and sustainably farmed Brandt Beef, daily fresh seafood prepared in our wood burning oven, ceviches, flatbreads and seasonal specials,” and with so far unnamed specialties in dining and drinks both—Vegas style.

Longoria’s San Antonio heritage brings to BESO’s a Latin theme to classic Steakhouse cuisine. Longoria is also a fabulous cook, a woman who cooks from her soul and with love, will be contributing her own recipes for two of the house specialties, her “best guacamole in the world” and her tortilla soup for which she is renowned (recipes available.) To date, no price range for Longoria’s Vegas BESO is available, but it runs like the Hollywood version, BESO offers patrons a private dining fixe menu, starting with Guacamole and chips and quite an engaging selection of Appetizers, Entrées and Desserts for $95.00 per person.
