Located near Mission mainstays like El Rio and fellow Southern lovers, The Front Porch, Baby Blues BBQ was opened back in 2004 with a desire to fuse barbecue sauces and styles. Don't be surprised when Mexico meets New Orleans, or Memphis muddles with the Carolinas. It's all delicious.

Offering more variety than most joints in the city, diners can choose small plates, platters, a la carte items, or even "Feed Bags" which can feed between 6 - 20 folks. Dig into the "Easy Rider" (Beef Brisket & Pulled Pork), Smoked Trout Salad, or the "Memphis Queen" (1/2 Baby Back Ribs, 1/2 Memphis Ribs). Worried where the meat comes from?
