The Best Burlesque Shows in Sin City

Burlesque by definition includes a little bit of comedy, a wee bit of theatrics and plenty of striptease. Feather boas, pasties and enormous headdresses have made the showgirl one of the symbols of Las Vegas, whether on the arm of Mayor Oscar Goodman or strutting her stuff on the stages of the casinos. Here’s a look at some of the best burlesque shows in Las Vegas with a hint of the tease within. Keep in mind you must be at least 18 (and sometimes 21) to go to these shows since the ladies usually show quite a bit more than the kiddies should see.

Nudity as Art

The Show: MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris
The Deal: Tickets start at $50.50
The Time: 8 and 10:30 p.m. Wednesday through Monday
The Important stuff: Straight from Paris comes a cabaret show with 12 dancers who take you through a journey of the astrological signs of the Zodiac. In between acts a solo dancer takes the stage to introduce the next using her sexy dance moves. The show takes places in a replica of the original venue in Paris, which debuted in 1951. Look for acts dubbed "Va Va Voom" and "Leçon d'Erotisme," salutes to the art and beauty of femme fatales along with a striptease on a pair of lips.
