Burlesque by definition includes a little bit of comedy, a wee bit of theatrics and plenty of striptease. Feather boas, pasties and enormous headdresses have made the showgirl one of the symbols of Las Vegas, whether on the arm of Mayor Oscar Goodman or strutting her stuff on the stages of the casinos. Here’s a look at some of the best burlesque shows in Las Vegas with a hint of the tease within. Keep in mind you must be at least 18 (and sometimes 21) to go to these shows since the ladies usually show quite a bit more than the kiddies should see.

Look for acts dubbed "Va Va Voom" and "Leçon d'Erotisme," salutes to the art and beauty of femme fatales along with a striptease on a pair of lips.
