Guide to the Best Las Vegas Pools
By: Christina Zentmyer 04/02/09It's no secret that Las Vegas has some of the most over-the-top hotels and nightclubs in the world so it should come as no surprise that the poolside scene in Vegas is just as outrageous. European style sun bathing, lush beaches in the middle of the desert and daytime pool parties await at the Best Las Vegas Pools.
The Palms Pool & Bungalows @ The Palms
The Palms Pool & Bungalows features two acres of swimming pools, three bars and often plays host to up to three thousand guests and live concerts. The Glass bar is located under an elevated, glass bottomed pool providing interesting scenery for bar patrons and the Waterfall Bar hides behind a 12-foot waterfall. The Palms went all out on the 27 cabanas that line the pool area. Enjoy all the comforts of your room outside at the pool with a 32" LCD screen, fan, fridge, luxury furniture and service from some of the hottest industry ladies Vegas has to offer. Sign up to win a free two night stay at the Palms

It's no surprise why The Palms' weekly daytime pool party - Ditch Fridays is one of the best reasons to skip work on Friday in Las Vegas. Ditch Fridays have been hosted by Bridget Marquardt and Panic at the Disco in the past and are sure to draw major talent and big names to the pool in 2009. What better way to kick off a weekend in Vegas than with 3,000 half-clothed party-goers?
Check out our photos from Ditch Fridays @ The Palms Pool here.

For those who don't want to leave the party after the sun goes down, the Palms offers stays at one of their one-of-a-kind poolside bungalows. These two-story bungalows feature outdoor decks - one on each floor with a Jacuzzi on the ground floor and each bungalow has its own private bar.
The Palms Pool is open from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily to hotel guests.

Garden of the Gods Oasis @ Caesar's Palace
Caesar’s Palace – a classic Las Vegas pool destination closed in November to renovate their Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis but will reopen in Summer 2009. A visit to the pools at Caesar’s is like taking a trip back in time to visit ancient Rome. The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis is a 4.5 acre haven that pays homage to ancient Rome’s love for public baths.

There is a pool for any Vegas traveler at Caesars. The Neptune pool is a rectangular pool, ideal for lap swimming for working off those late nights at the club. The Temple Pool is the focal point of the pool area with 10,000 square feet of flowing water and a giant rotunda that covers a central island and the Venus pool is the perfect place to catch a tan and rest up for a night out at PURE. If you need a break from the chaos of daytime pool partying – hit up Caesar’s for a dip. Take a virtual tour of the Temple Pool.

For cabana, day bed and outdoor spa reservations, call Leisure Concierge at 702-731-7731 or 877-346-4642, or visit the Leisure Concierge desk in the front lobby.
