Azure Luxury Pool at The Palazzo

The Layout: Azure Luxury Pool features three pools in various sizes on Fridays and Sundays with an intimate capacity of 350 people. Four pools are offered on Saturdays catering to a crowd of 800-plus. One spa is located at the pool. The pool is open Friday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., for guests 21 and over.

The Perks: Menus by legendary chef Wolfgang Puck, massages by Canyon Ranch SpaClub, complimentary frozen grapes and fresh fruit, Evian mistings and chilled towels. Eleven cabanas surround the pool that accommodate up to eight guests. Each cabana has a cordless phone, flat panel LCD TV, DVD player, safe, padded luxurious chaise lounges and couch, newspapers and magazines, refrigerator fully stocked with water and Red Bull, A/C and heating unit, ceiling fan, outdoor misters and a cabana host.

Food and Drink: Azure Luxury Pool has one bar, cocktail service with poolside servers and appetizing fare from celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Chilled lobster salad with gazpacho sauce and avocado; cured organic salmon with spring vegetables, citrus segments and olive oil; and crisp flatbread pizza with mozzarella di bufala, tomato and garnished with basil are just a sampling of the many options available on the menu. In addition to the fine cuisine, you can pair their poolside cuisine with wines or champagne-by-the-glass. Magnum bottle service consisting of Dom Perignon, Perrier Jouet Fleur, and Veuve Clicquot is also available. On Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., you can enjoy brunch poolside with signature items from Wolfgang Puck.
