BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood Has Moved...a Few Blocks

The BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, a high quality surf & turf restaurant serving top end cuts of steak and some delish seafood items, has relocated a few blocks away from its original spot, picking up a larger dining area and an awesome outdoor patio along its way. While only moving a few blocks down Sunset Boulevard, the restaurant has undergone a significant makeover. BOA sports modern décor while still retaining an intimate setting and features an indoor bar, dining room and club room. The real draw is its outdoor patio, which is one of the largest around, and offers a great spot to go and relax after your meal or perhaps to enjoy a post-dinner cocktail.

To start out, an absolute must-have is the tableside classic Caesar salad, supposedly an old family recipe of the owners'. Steak lovers will go crazy for the Bone-in Rib-Eye with garlic mash side. However, if you fancy yourself a seafood nut, try out the Ahi Tuna or the Atlantic Salmon: you have a choice between having it grilled or oven-roasted on a cedar plank. Don’t be shy about using plenty of the lemon-garlic butter: hell, it's a Steakhouse- not the place to count calories. The best menu feature is the option to turn any turf item into surf n’ turf by adding lobster, king crab legs or prawn.

After a decadent and filling meal, it's nice to unwind with a drink on the spacious patio. BOA offers a small list of specialty cocktails including the BOA Infusion, a mix of pineapple, watermelon and sky vodka. Being an upscale restaurant on Sunset and one of LA's best steakhouses, celebrity sightings are always a possibility so make sure you look your best.

GetWize: The BOA Steakhouse West Hollywood is currently offering 1/2 price bottles of wine on Sundays. Gotta love a recession. Head over to the new location at 9200 Sunset Blvd and drink up.
