If you missed Brass, Bows, & Beats when they debuted at the Place of Fine Arts to a sold out crowd, you're in luck. They are back, this time prepared for overwhelming fan appreciation with a six show run at Yoshi’s SF. Pick from one of two shows (8:00 & 10:00 PM) August 20th - 22nd. If you haven’t heard this musical phenomenon yet, turn off your streaming for a minute and sample some of their performance back in April. A word that comes to mind?- innovative. Impossible, or at least unfair to categorize within a single genre, the 40-piece ensemble (scaled down from the original 60) should appeal to a multitude of musical tastes like hip-hop, opera, electronic, jazz, to name a few.
