San Francisco Club Calendar: June 28th - July 4th 2012
Club Calendar: June 28th - July 4th

A typical weekend in the Bay Area gives you a dizzying number of nightlife options to choose from. With one of the most original and active nightclub scenes available anywhere in the U.S. (and perhaps the world) we thought it would be quite useful for our Bay Area party people to have a weekly guide showcasing some quality upcoming events we KNOW will deliver! So, each Thursday we'll help you get ready for the weekend and coming week right here...

This week we check out Avicii at Bill Graham and the after party at Ruby Skye, head to Pink Mammoth for their official Burning Man fundraiser at Mighty and get down in the Panhandle to a Silent Disco with Silent Frisco and more.

Friday June 29th
Zion I & TOKiMONSTA and More @ 1015 Folsom
Oakland hip hop group Zion I have added classic roots reggae and dub to their repertoire, heard on their most recent release Atomic Clock, to go along with their diverse set of sounds incorporating upbeat electronic music and classic hip hop beats. All flavors will be on display at 1015 this Friday when they headline a night w/ TOKiMONSTA - whose use of live instruments, percussion, dusty vinyl and textured beats makes for some avant garde in da club. A handful of other breakthrough talents are also on the bill.

Saturday June 30th
Woogie Nights w/ Jesse Rose, Alexi Delano & More @ Public Works
The Do LaB and Pocket Underground team up for a night of rubbery house and shiny dark techno with Jesse Rose and Alexi Delano. Jesse regularly plays Europe's top clubs including Fabric, WMF, Panorama Bar and runs his own labels Front Room Recordings and Made To Play while collaborating with artists such as Radio Slave, Switch, Hot Chip and more. His electro sprinkled take on Chicago House will definitely have the dance floor moving. Alexi Delano's sound combines shiny minimalism with dark expressive techno that should work as a contoured complement to Rose's bouncing style.
