Saturday, August 29th
George Clinton @ Club Nokia
This man will never stop, and he’ll bring his posse with him. Parliament Funkadelic serves as Clinton’s back up band and his opening acts. Prepare to chill out.

Carl Cox @ Giant/Vanguard LA
Carl Cox, the first DJ ever named by DJ Magazine's #1 DJ will be at Giant this weekend at Vanguard to spin some Brit techno and house. Leave your urge to sit on the couch at home.

The Faint @ Club Nokia
Electro rockers The Faint arrives with accompanying bands Moving Units and Autoerotique, two bands that further encourage dancing by yourself like you don’t care.

Bat For Lashes @ The Fonda
This British lady and her must have left a few people standing after their swoop into L.A. earlier this summer. Other Lives will try to entertain diehards aching to get Batty.

The Duke Spirit @ El Rey
A purely enjoyable rock and roll evening awaits with cool cats, The Duke Spirit. Band of Skulls plays first.
