Full House Seafood Restaurant: “We Open!” says a sign on the door. Feed maybe four or five people with $12? The food and service are good and the place is always popping. Open till 3am daily.

Blue Dahlia Cafe: Burgers, paninis and salads are served at this cafe. The short rib burger with arugula, caramelized onions and smoked gouda is drool worthy. Open until 10:00pm Monday-Thursday and 1:00am Friday-Saturday.

3rd Steakhouse: Formerly a 1929 high beamed garage, now a hip Asian steakhouse. A cheaper late-night menu is served from 11pm to 1am >closing.

Royal Claytons: An English-style pub serves pints and pool to the southern Arts District, There's a nice beer selection, but try the Henry VIII, a black tea-infused gin creation. Open until 11pm Sunday-Thursday, 2:00am >Friday and Saturday.
