Meet Ecco: Hollywood's premier and only eco-friendly restaurant and ultra lounge. Ecco is located in the heart of the popular Cahuenga Corridor, and will set the standard for a premium eco-friendly nightlife experience by minimizing and neutralizing its impact on the environment.
Owned and created by Danny B, David Stratton, Matthew Portnoff and Sean Muniz, Ecco was designed by Beau Robb, the mastermind behind renowned Los Angeles venues such as Area and Privilege. Ecco will be the first eco-certified nightlife venue on the West Coast and will include various environmentally-friendly features such as:
- Eco-friendly materials, including recycled wood, concrete, compressed
sunflower boards, and composite tops for the tables and bars.
- Power supplied from LA Department of Water & Power's Green Power
division.
- High quality insulation saving up to 20% in standard energy use.
- Superior organic cuisines and liquors; on average organic farms use
about 37% less energy than conventional farms.
- Energy efficient LED lighting setup by Disco Designers to create
a beautiful nightclub vibe while using 50% less energy overall.
- Energy efficient toilets using recycled steel air pressure toilets and
waterless urinals, decreasing the amount of unnecessary chemicals and waste product emitted into the environment.
- Dyson Airblades to replace all towel dispensers that minimize
the amount of paper waste that is created on an everyday basis.
- Proprietary & Paperless Solutions for valet ticketing, reservation
booking, and event ticketing.
- Free valet service for patrons driving hybrid vehicles.
- A custom-built hybrid car operated by Ecco provided by Consen
Racing to utilize when needed to shuttle guests who are unable to drive
