Barcelona's avant-pop sensation El Guincho is bringing his unique blend of tropicalia melodies and experimental songcraft to San Francisco, where he'll be joined by local rhythmic warriors Tussle and Lemonade. Kicking off the festivities will be cumbia pioneers Disco Shawn and Oro11 from hotly-tipped label Bersa Discos.
