Lagasse’s Stadium is now open! Food Network Channel favorite, Chef Emeril Lagasse, expanded the sports book at the Palazzo Hotel and Casino into a 24,000 sq. ft restaurant with a sports and entertainment bar. Lagasse’s Stadium features stadium-style seating, couches, a 9 by 16 foot video wall, over 100 high-definition televisions, a gaming area, and a sports book area that plays all the games. There is patio dining available, or guests can reserve sky boxes and luxury boxes for private or group events.
Emeril designed a menu based on traditional game day food with a Southern flair, as well as a few classics from his original Emeril’s in New Orleans. Lagasse’s Stadium is open for lunch and dinner, and serves dishes such as Creole-boiled shrimp cocktail, barbecued baby-back ribs with jalapeno cornbread, garlic roasted prime rib and New Orleans style crab cakes. Just like Lagasse said, “There's something for everybody here!”
GetWize: Lagasse’s Stadium is open weekdays from 11:00 am-10:00 pm, Saturdays from 7:30 am-10:00 pm, and Sundays from 8:30 am-10:00 pm. The sports book and gaming lounge is also open every day of the week. Casual dining. Reservations are recommended for lunch, dinner, game day seats, sky boxes, and luxury boxes.
