The Essex Public House is dark, lined with hard wood booths. It has the essence of an old English tavern, though the bar itself is sexy, Hollywood-style. One can choose to sit inside a booth,at a table, at the bar, or outside with a great view of the attractive and quaint heart of Hollywood.

While sitting at the bar, you’ll probably be overwhelmed by what to order, but don’t be discouraged! For a lighter draft, try the Apricot Wheat (only 4 dollars on tap!).
