On Friday, August 1st, Turnaround-Sound & Prismatic Tracks are proud to bring you the return of FINALLY @ PINK. After our recent 4th of July fireworks get down, we're back again with two of our favorite SF DJs, Eric Sharp and Rouzbeh! From deep to vocal, funky to tech, jackin' to groovin', if it's high quality house music then we're bringing it to you the 1st Friday of every month!
Eric Sharp's ascent to the forefront of San Francisco's dance music scene can only be described as meteoric. From working countless dance floors into frenzies at clubs, bars, and parties across the West Coast to producing some of San Francisco's most epic parties with his crew Rock It Science, Eric's seemingly endless energy and dedication is simply contagious. One of the most versatile dj's around, Eric Sharp is known to play anything from Deep and Funky House to Dirty Acid Techno to pumping Chicago beats to Baile Funk to Baltimore Club Jams to Wobbly Fidget House to French & Italian Electro and everything in between.
Since 1997, DJ Rouzbeh began laying down the vinyl with one goal in mind:
being able to work crowds to another state of mind. His passion for the sound and ability to remix tracks live led him to embark on the musical journey he has come to today. Rouzbeh's ability to work the floor with creative sounds and effects sets him apart from the 'average DJ', and has led him to play alongside many world-class DJs. Taking things one step further, he jumpstarted Back2Basics in 2000, and currently still manages enough time to be involved in event production. His talents - musical and business - have cemented his existence in the San Francisco house scene. If you have not had a chance to catch him at a LIVE performance, you are missing quite a show.
Rounding things out for the night are FINALLY residents SEN-SEI & ANDREW PHELAN. From monthly residencies at Pink, Harlot and Temple, to one offs and afterhours across the city, this duo has been tearing up the San Francisco scene of late, with Andrew on the decks and Sen-Sei bringing the live element on the keys. Their combined production discographies cover some of the most respected labels in house music, including Nervous, Yoshitoshi, Drop Music, Jah Love, Eight-Tracks, Tango, Imperial Dub, and Amenti, cementing their reputation in the international house music community as two of San Francisco's fasting rising stars.
Between the phenomenal music, the beautiful crowd, and a sexy venue with one of the best sound systems in the city, you "FINALLY" know where you'll be on August 1st!
