Located a few blocks east of the Strip on Tropicana Avenue, Grind Burger Bar & Lounge will feature 1940’s casual dining décor, a 15 seat bar and a burger menu that will be hard to beat. Choose from a beef, poultry or vegetarian patty, one of many types of freshly baked buns and over 20 premium toppings, including Sicilian olive salad or the hard to find fried egg. There will also be a choice of appetizers including 3 styles of potatoes. For dessert, try a classic milkshake or what will soon be one of the Grind's legendary vanilla ice cream sliders.

Owner and proprietor Mark DiMartino said, “The concept behind Grind Burger Bar & Lounge is to allow guests to have fun, be creative and to create the custom burger of their dreams. We pride ourselves in offering a quality product using the freshest, most unique ingredients. In fact, the combinations of ingredients are virtually endless. . . . My recommendation is the turkey burger with provolone cheese, ajvar (pureed roasted eggplant and peppers), mayonnaise, sautéed spinach and garlic on a wheat bun.”
