Halloween in San Francisco is always a ram packed weekend of crazy parties, whacked out costumes and ridiculous fun. Halloween 2009 promises to be no different (partly because it falls on a Saturday this year!) as many of the top clubs and promoters in the city have already leaked their line ups and headliners.
