WHAT WE THOUGHT:
Some tips on this one…
1) Don't skimp on the bacon. Ask your butcher for some thick-cut strips. We went with the peppered bacon from the butcher at Whole Foods and it was oh-so-good.
2) Go heavy on the Worcestershire sauce and pepper to give the mix some extra smokiness and spice.
3) Skewer the bacon right after you get done cooking it so when it cools down it takes the form of a bacon serpent. Fancy, yummy and practical, we give this one a high-five for its combo of smoky flavoring, spicy kick and porky goodness.
