Live Nation, the largest producer of live concerts in the world, has released its “Live Nation Club Passport”. The Passport allows holders to see an unlimited amount of club shows for the rest of the year for a mere $49.99. Pass holders will pay a one-time flat fee for the pass, and then will be able to sign up for shows in their areas as they become available on Live Nation’s website. New shows are being added every week.

Michael Rappino, the President and CEO of Live Nation, says the idea came from fans who wanted an affordable and easy way to discover new artists and explore different musical genres. The featured shows range from local bands to major headlining acts like Moby, Common, Snow Patrol, The Black Crowes, Brazilian Girls, Citizen Cope, DJ Quik, and many, many more. All one has to do is sign up online to attend a certain show, show up at the box office with your passport and your i.d., and voila. You’re in. We can’t wait.

Getwize: Unfortunately, the Club Pass does not include all of Live Nation’s concerts (that's a bit too good to be true). It provides access to participating club shows only. Additionally, if an artist is playing at a venue in one city covered by the pass, it does not necessarily mean the pass will include the same artist in a different city. And while the pass is valid for Live Nation Clubs in 19 major U.S. cities, unlimited access is only provided for venues in one city. Sorry road-trippers.
