Another bar that soars into the stratosphere is the aptly named Skybar at the Hotel Mondrian on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. Located over the hotel pool and outdoor lounge, Skybar is set off with rich gold tones, green ivy highlights and custom-designed furniture from Mexico. If you aren’t staying at the hotel, get on the list to Skybar by ordering bottle service/reserving a table, by eating at Asia de Cuba next door, or by coming super early and beating the doorman. Skybar is definitely worth doing a little maneuvering to experience.
