Sure, partying in the sun is great, but what happens when that dreaded SF summer fog rolls in? Don't fret. Mezzanine has compiled a July lineup filled with big-name artists that will keep things hot indoors no matter the weather. Here are some of the highlights:

Kode 9
When: Thursday July 10, 9:00 PM Doors
Kode 9 is considered to be the reigning king of the modern Dubstep sound. Hailing from the UK, Kode 9's stoney, heavy beats are known to blow out the mightiest of soundsystems. Supported by the equally influential DJ Hatcha as well as the local crews Surefire and Surya Dub, expect a night of blissed out bass-heavy vibes.

Egyptian Lover and Newcleus
When: Friday July 11, 9:00 PM Doors
Fresh off of a stint opening for MIA, old school electro legend The Egyptian Lover returns with Newcleus (of "Jam On It" fame) in tow. Expect plenty of vintage beats fresh off the trusty 808 drum machine and rapping from back in the day when hip hop was all about the party and positive vibes.

Datarock w/ Flosstradamus
When: Saturday July 19, 10:00 PM Doors
Two of the best smaller buzz acts from this year's Download Festival at Shoreline will also be performing at the official Afterparty. Bergen, Norway's own Datarock have been making huge strides toward mainstream in the last few years with incessant touring and a kitschy, yet solid, take on the ubiquitous indie dance rock sound. Joining them will be Chicago's Flosstradamus, who are a DJ duo that always brings the party with their tasteful blend of electro, hip hop and mash ups.

Wyclef Jean Live Band
When: Wednesday July 23, 8:00 PM Doors
Touring in support of his new release, Carnival Vol. II - Memoirs of an Immigrant, Wyclef Jean brings his full live band out to the west coast for a few small club shows. With Wyclef being so huge since the 90's, this is normally an event suited for a huge arena or amphitheater, so expect this one to be a rare and intimate event.

Drop The Lime and Club Zizek DJ's
When: Thursday July 24, 9:00 PM Doors
You no longer have to travel to Buenos Aires to catch the latest sounds sweeping South America. The Club Zizek DJ's organic blend of Cumbia, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Electro and Mashups is guaranteed to heat up the dancefloor at Mezzanine. NYC Headliner Drop The Lime has been making major waves on the recent Vice Live tour as well as releases on his own Trouble and Bass imprint.

Hercules and Love Affair (Live Band)
When: Saturday July 26, 9:00 PM Doors
Brooklyn, New York's Hercules and Love Affair's self titled debut has easily been the finest record released in 2008 thus far. Hercules producer/mastermind Andy Butler brings his brand new seven piece live band to San Francisco for the very first time. Hercules and Love Affair's modern take on vintage disco and 80's Chicago house is the definitive soundtrack to a blissed out summer dance party.

Booka Shade
When: Sunday, July 27
Beatport Music Awards 2008 winner and perennial chart-populators Booka Shade will finish off Mezzanine's July lineup in style, with mixes from their new cd "The Sun & The Neon Light," which has been called "one of the best electronic pop albums of the new century."
