Mizuya is Mandalay Bay’s newest sushi and sake restaurant. Inside, you will find the best sushi, sashimi and hand rolls. The sake menu is plentiful and includes unique choices such as the blueberry-infused Star Rabbit.

The name Mizuya is Japanese for “House of Water” which describes the peaceful water setting of the restaurant. Dining at a table is an extremely intimate and relaxing experience. However, if you would prefer a seat at the bar, you can enjoy watching the sushi chefs hard at work. The Happy Hour at Mizuya is a perfect stop with fantastic specials on sushi, sake and beer.
