The downstairs club at Monarch has always been a cool place to catch touring DJs and live shows, but now the venue is kicking it up a notch with weekly happy hour specials in their upstairs bar. They've got a fine selection of music provided for your aural pleasure along with nightly drink specials including: $3 domestics, $4 imports and $4 wells from 5:30pm - 8:30pm!
