The 2012 Summer Set Music and Camping Festival arrived in late August, and the inaugural lineup was a doozy. Combining the powers of jam bands, electronic music, hip-hop, reggae, and all of the confluences that exist between these many genres, Summer Set is sure to be a shock to the system in 2013.
Austin's answer to Coachella and Bonnaroo has become quite a phenomenon in the hot sticky South. Believe it or not, Summerfest in Milwaukee is the largest festival in the United States in terms of attendance. It has hosted nearly every big name in music at one time or another and literally hundreds of thousands of people show up each year to hear music on a dozen stages.
