Opening up in the much-anticipated Ace Hotel, is The Breslin a pan-European eatery from the chefs that brought you The Spotted Pig in the Union Square area. Chefs Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield, once named one of Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs, are known for their Village gastropub and notable fishery, The John Dory, but the more upscale and Euro-inspired dishes at The Breslin will surely surprise you. Having trouble figuring out where you’ve heard those famous chefs names before? You may have seen them on Bravo’s Top Chef. The Breslin will open its doors come June.
