Executive Chef Martin Heierling is the innovative culinary force behind Vdara’s Silk Road restaurant. His menu crosses boarders, taking you on an ancient trade route from Venice to the Far East. Chef Heirerling’s signature cuisine combines exotic ingredients with subtle spices, creating a modern trans-ethnic dining experience. The ambiance at Silk Road will be colorful and contemporary combined with sleek private dining booths. A sculptural partition flowing from the lounge area will filter in light during the day, evolving into a more intimate and alluring nighttime dining environment.
