Payard Pâtisserie and Bistro at Caesars Palace is a cute little French bistro tucked away in the Caesars Palace Tower. Award-winning Pastry Chef François Payard brought a little bit of France to Las Vegas when he opened his signature French bistro and pasty shop. Offering a wide variety of Chef Payard’s signature chocolates, made-to-order crepes, and homemade ice-cream, the Payard Pâtisserie is the perfect stop for a classy yet casual meal. A beautiful, intricately scrolled chocolate clock is featured in the center of the shop, releasing chocolate truffles down chutes as it chimes.

The Payard Bistro serves up scrumptious French-inspired breakfast and lunch items. This is the place to try a traditional French breakfast such Eggs Florentine or Nutella crepes. For the fall season, Payard recently introduced its fall-inspired prix fixe menu. Your meal starts with a light asparagus salad drizzled with a truffle vinaigrette and ciabatta toast. Then you have your choice of cous cous with lamb merquez, roasted chicken or seared sea bass. Finish with a signature light, buttery Payard pastry. If you’re not sure which one to choose, executive Chef Gourreau recommends both the The George V, which represents the French-American twist on a dessert, and the banana tart.
