Introduction
MetroWize respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at MetroWize.com.

Part I. Information Collection
MetroWize collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: Name, Email Address, Gender and Birth Date.

We may also collect Name, Email Address, Gender and Birth Date which our users divulge about other people, through Referrals. MetroWize does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 18 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information including how many nights per week a user goes out, what his/her favorite drink is and what type of music our users listen to. We collect demographic data in order to gain perspective on who our target market is.

We collect this information through online Webforms. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, Name, Email Address, and Brithdate are mandatory in order to verify age and build our user database. Other information we request is optional.

We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site do not collect user information.

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by MetroWize will be used for verifying the age of a user and populating our newsletter e-mail lists. Users who provide information will receive a weekly newsletter for each city they requested along with the chance to win the giveaway they have signed up for.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We may share data with the following third parties in the event a user wins a contest from MetroWize: Nightclubs, Promoters, Festivals, Music Venues and Restaurants. These third parties will use the information ONLY for use identification purposes at the event or restaurant they have won.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by updating this form and sending announcing the change through our weekly newsletter within ten (10) days.
