This Week in SF Club 1994 is back, Rock the Bells stops at Shoreline, 2nd Sunday asks us to wear white and DJ Colette makes us swoon at Supperclub. Beat the fog and get the dish on where to go this week in San Francisco.
Phish @ Shoreline
Phish, probably one of the most prolific jam bands of our time with a legendary fanbase is coming to Shoreline Amphitheatre on Wednesday. There are only lawn seats left at this point but the lawn keeps it real if you can navigate through the droves of heady bros so you won’t be disappointed.
Amsterdam Live feat. Shiny Toy Guns @ Ruby Skye
Amstel Light and Blackbook Magazine are throwing a party at Ruby Skye this Thursday with complimentary Amstel Light and performances by Shiny Toy Guns and DJ Eric Cubeechee. Underworld @ The Fox
If you’re not familiar with Underworld then it’s about time you meet this DJ duo. The group has been producing cutting edge electronic music and remixes since the mid 90s. Their remix for the movie classic, TrainSpotting, was a crossover hit, and now the group is giving the west coast a lot of love. Catch them at the Fox Theatre in Oakland this Friday and check out our interview with Karl Hyde before you go and get yourself a little insight.
DJ Colette @ Supperclub
She’s a DJ but she can also rock the mic. DJ Colette is the Chicago-born house DJ and vocalist who has been compared to the likes of Kylie Minogue and Deborah Harry. Do you really need any more reasons to check out OM Record’s “First Lady of House?”

DJ Vice @ Infusion Lounge
DJ Vice has been at the tables since the ripe ol’ age of 13 and has been honing his skills on the airwaves and some of the world’s biggest clubs ever since. With past appearances and residencies at places like Body English, Tao and Lavo in Las Vegas you won’t want to miss his stop at San Francisco’s Infusion Lounge this Friday.
Bootie 6 year anniversary @ DNA Lounge (two nights)
It seems fitting that Bootie would throw a weekender for the party’s 6-year anniversary. This Friday and Saturday at DNA Lounge Bootie residents Adrian and the Mysterious D will be in the main room spinning classic mashups from the past six years. Friday night will be “School Night” and Saturday night will be the classic “Pirate Night” – dig out those short skirts and eye patches and roll down to DNA Lounge. If you go both nights, skip the line and grab a $20 weekend pass @ dnalounge.com.
Club 1994 @ 111 Minna
If you missed the first installment of Club 1994 (Club 1992) back in July then you need to seriously consider canceling your plans for Saturday and get over to 111 Minna dressed in your finest denim cutoffs and scrunchies. There’s a TRL hits room (miss you Carson Daly) and a hip-hop and R&B room for your grinding pleasure. This week there will be a DJ set by Lady Miss Kier of Deee-lite. Pretty rad, y'all. Buy a VIP Ticket to avoid the line.
DJ Heather
This Brooklyn born Chicagoan has a knack for pushing the envelope in house methodology. Initially a hiphop DJ, she made the shift in the material she played creating a more soulful approach to house. She’ll be dropping tracks at Ruby Skye this Saturday night with support from DJ Frenchy Le Freak.
Dyloot @ 1015 Folsom
A former regular in the San Francisco Underground scene spinnning Progressive Techno, Dyloot is stopping by 1015 Folsom this Saturday. 1999 marked Dyloot's shift from Progressive Techno to Trance and his progressive blend of deep and melodic Trance beats has earned him the status as one of the biggest Trance DJs in the Bay Area. Pre-sale tickets are $15.

Oscar G’s legendary residency at Miami’s Club Space catapulted him into DJ stardom. Regularly throwing down on ten-hour marathon sets, his residency was touted as one of the most influential residencies in North America.
