The DFF celebrates SF’s creative minds through the art of short film shot on disposable devices – video from cell phones, point and shoot cameras, webcams and other quick video capturing devices. Come down to The Roxie Theater Jan 29th to see the shorts and talk with the soon-to-be Michel Gondry-s of SF. Anyone interested in film should definitely make an appearance and rub some elbows.

Bay to Breakers 2009 - 5/17/2009
Bay to Breakers is the one time a year you can shotgun beers at 6am in the middle of Market St. while dressed as a telle-tubby without feeling like a degenerate. Set for May 17th, B to B is always a blast no matter where you live or who you hang with. Strap on your cleverest costume (or just go naked), steal a shopping cart from Safeway, stock it with drinks and stroll through the city acting the fool.
