Brought to you by The San Francisco Brewers Guild, SF Beer Week kicks off at the Yerba Buena Center for the arts with an Opening Gala featuring 60 rare, limited-release beers from around the bay area, live music, and food from awesome eateries like 4505 Meats and Tacolicious. But it doesn't stop there: for the next 9 days, the celebration of beer in all it's glory continues with events like dinner with barrel-aged beer pairings at Scala's, bike rides to SF Breweries, Beer appreciation 101 with a certified beer judge, and much, much more. And if your love for beer is only slightly outweighed by your love for chocolate, you're in luck! Head to Treasure Island on the 12th for the Beer Chef's annual Beer & Chocolate Dinner.
