The largest celebration of American food in history brings together tens of thousands of visitors to SF to experience an extraordinary range of activities highlighting the connection between your plate & the planet. Tastings, chef demonstrations, a major conference on food values, social justice & the environment, an urban farm, a music festival & workshops, forums, films & interactive exhibits all take place at locations throughout the City from 8/29 to 9/1. The Taste Pavilions at FMC (open 8/30&31) afford visitors the opportunity to sample regional foods of America at 15 distinct pavilions.
