SPQR is bringing you a taste of the finest Italian red wines this month with its region specials from Puglia, Italy. The vineyards on this southern part of Italy are known worldwide for their luscious flavor, and as a distant cousin to the California Zinfandel grape SPQR is having a family reunion. This month at SPQR the menu is full of dishes inspired by classic Puglia, from fried artichoke salad to mussels with roasted peppers, these food and wine pairings please the foodie in all of us.
