Steve Aoki is headlining at Blush Nightclub for their 3rd annual “Kick-Off” party with Puma. Aoki is an LA original, known for his genre-fusing remixes, wild onstage performances, and his long, straight hippie hair. He is a self proclaimed "artist for art’s sake" and is known for his love of Grey Goose Vodka (actually what he really loves is pouring it in attractive womens' mouths from the stage, if you must know). Aoki’s career started during college, when he threw huge underground concerts right out of his own apartment. In his early 20’s Aoki created his own indie label, Dim Mak Records, named in honor of Bruce Lee, his childhood hero. Dim Mak blew up and has founded and released top artists like MSTRKRFT and Bloc Party.

When spinning at the clubs, Aoki says, "I don't play anything I don't like. Some of that music is great. And the physical act of DJ-ing is always fun." He has remixed many of today’s hottest musicians, including Timbaland, Snoop Dog and Kanye West. Aoki hits the turntables hard, and parties even harder. Make your way up to the first row if you want a shot of Grey Goose poured in your mouth.
