Ready for some quick, dance floor fixing beats? Then get your dancing shoes on and check out the dance-rap duo Thunderheist at PURE Nightclub inside Caesars Palace on March 30th. This electronic duo will no doubt bring the heat, having been named X3 Artist of the month by Aux.tv in April of 2009. Their music is a mix of techno disco beats with rap lyrics meshed throughout, giving you something different from the norm. The group is made up of producer Grahm Zilla, from Montreal, Canada, and MC Isis, from Toronto. Soundsmith Zilla drops ominous basslines while digi-horns blast your senses like a homecoming marching band- it's an experience only Zilla can give you. On the flip side Isis clutches the mic, belching out vocal foreplay brimming with braggadocio forte.

They started in 2005 when Grahm accidentally sent Isis an mp3 he was working on and she recorded a rap over it. And that’s just what Thunderheist means- the act of stealing another’s thunder, trumping someone else with something far more superior. The tag team works together bring an infectious sound with their own brand of future pop music. The “Thunderheist” project is to throw a wrench into static hip hop conventions and explore the love of the dance floor. And the pair are doing just that.
