Here it is kids! The highly anticipated 2009 lineup of the Treasure Island Music Festival was released about... five minutes ago. On Saturday, October 17th the Festival offers up an electronic and dance-centric lineup including MGMT, MSTRKRFT, Girl Talk, Brazilian Girls, The Streets and Passion Pit. Sunday, October 18th indie-rock rules the stage with The Flaming Lips, The Decemberists, Beirut, Grizzly Bear, Yo La Tengo and more. Yes, dance children and hipsters - we wouldn't be surprised if you just drooled a little bit. In its third year, the two-day music festival is rivaling most lineups across the country and it's a hell of a lot closer than Indio if you missed that trip to Coachella this year....
