Exciting news, festival fiends! The good folks over at Noise Pop and Another Planet have finally announced the highly-anticipated Treasure Island Music Festival lineup for 2011! Back to the Bay again this year on October 15th and 16th, this indie-fabulous spread is guaranteed to please.

Offering palm trees and panoramic views of San Francisco, Treasure Island's annual boutique festival maintains its charm along the waterfront with carnival rides, local vendors, and - of course - two heavyweight days of music. Party hard through Saturday night with electro-favorites Empire of the Sun, Cut Copy and YACHT… then slow it all down Sunday with mellower indie sweethearts Explosions in the Sky, Beach House, The Hold Steady and more!

Early Bird Tickets go on sale this Wednesday, July 25th at 10am - and if this year has been any indication, you might want to snatch those up ASAP.
