Williamsburg Waterfront Concerts Return in 2010!

There was a moment there when we weren't sure if the Williamsburg Waterfront Concerts were going to happen this year. Luckily the community and some music friendly politicians came to the rescue of the series and this year the East River State Park (North Eighth Street and Kent Avenue on the East River in Brooklyn) will play host to a mix of free and benefit concerts (eight total) this summer. Last week the recently reunited San Francisco band Faith No More announced that they are set to hit the concert series on July 2nd and 5th. The concert will be the band's first east coast concert in over a decade and with a following as "Epic" as the band, the tickets might go faster than tween girls fainting at the sight of the Jonas Brothers.
