We were starting to get concerned that the Yeah Yeah Yeahs weren't going to make a stop around the bay this year since they didn't sign on for Treasure Island or Outside Lands Music Festivals. Luckily we received word from the powers of music that be that the Yeah Yeah Yeahs would indeed make an appearance across the bridge at the newly renovated Fox Theater in Oakland. If you haven't seen the Yeah Yeah Yeahs live, then, well you pretty much HAVE to go to one or both of the nights they're set to play at the Fox. Karen O's outfits alone are reason enough to see them live but their new album It's Blitz is one of those rare albums that you'll probably put on repeat once you've heard it once all the way through.
