Skeezy nightclubs are par for the course for any band, and back when Yeah Yeah Yeahs were just a beer-soaked art-punk dream they played at more than their fair share of them around the boroughs. But now, after almost a decade of touring, three albums, billions of photo shoots, and a proposition from Playboy (just for Karen O), the band returns home to claim the privilege they’ve earned: A night at the Radio City Music Hall. At this point its possible that the RCMH is the only place around NYC they haven’t played, and the band is stoked about it. According to a recent blog post on their website, “it’s not just another show…it’ll be a night for the YYY history books.” Unless you hate having fun, you need to go to this show.

GetWize: The YYY’s are only spending three days on the east coast, and since one of those is in Atlantic City, the NY show is pretty much your only change to see them.
